My husband has an important job, I get that.
BUT, I feel like he is always working.
I feel like weekends and evenings are spent with countless phone calls.
We can't go anywhere without him spending half the time we are there getting phone calls.
We try to watch TV at night together and he constantly gets phone calls.
His phone is always ringing.
In fact he is standing outside right now, on his 5th phone call in an hour.
It kind of drives me nuts.

Sounds like my house...but ours is all night long too sometimes (1am, 3am, 5am...) I'm pretty used to it now, although I HATE getting woken up in the middle of the night. ...and it's always for something really stupid at that hour. My husband has too much patience. ;)
welcome to the last 5 years of my life - hopefully it will get better though like justin's schedule did...
John took a week of leave for us to go oot for Layla's birthday and Thursday he will be in Columbus all day working. Who drives three hours each way in the middle of their vacation to work?! So irritating! I'd like to hide his phone! Maybe we need to form a workaholic's spouse support group! ;)
