I joined Twitter last week.
I did so because one of my favorite bloggers is quitting her blog.
She suggested she be followed on Twitter or as I like to call it, Twitty.
After being on Twitty, errr, I mean Twitter for one week I have decided it is about the most useless thing ever.
If I want to read status updates I will just check Facebook.
My advice, Facebook should just buy Twitter and put an end to it's misery.
I am not sure if I will ever fully *get* social media.

I used to have a Twitter and it was a time suck and addicting. It's a very easy, fun way to keep up with people and follow people with similar interests/backgrounds or just friends/bloggers. If you ever have a question, any time of day, you can get tons of answers in an instant. With that said, I quit it because it was a time suck. Same reason I no longer FB.
i never did Twitter - not when i have FB, Email, Texting...
